FAQs
Q: When does my membership start?
A: If you are a current member, your new term starts in January on the same day as your current renewal. We will process the termination of your old monthly membership plan and start your new plan.
If you are a new member, your term begins on January 1, 2026.
Q: Can I upgrade later?
A: You can add children at any point and the term of the new child subscription will be coterminous with this subscription. Because this is a one-time offer, any other upgrades are not applicable.
Q: Is this refundable?
A: All Black Friday Membership purchases are final and services start on Jan. 1, 2026 or when your current membership ends in January 2026.
Q: Will this deal return later?
A: No. This special pricing will not return until next November.
