Camp Rules & Policies
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all campers, we have established the following guidelines:
What age does my child need to be for camp?
- Half-Day Camp: Ages 3+ (must be potty-trained)
- Full-Day Camp: School-Aged (rising PreK-5th grade)
What are the camp drop-off and pick-up times?
Standard Day: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Extended Care (rising PreK-5th grade): Early Drop-Off starting at 8:00 AM, Late Pick-Up until 4:00 PM or 6:00 PM
Is lunch included at School's Out Day Camp?
Lunch and snacks are provided daily.
Outside food is allowed, with prior notification at drop-off.
How does RSF handle behavior at camp?
Respectful behavior is mandatory. Physical altercations, bullying, or destruction of property will result in immediate parent contact and potential dismissal from camp.
What happens if I'm late picking up my child?
Timely pick-up is required. A late fee of $20 will be applied for every 15 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time.
What is the camp cancellation and refund policy?
All camp sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Is camp open on holidays?
Camp and Ready Set Fun are closed on major federal holidays, including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Check our Google Business Profile or Instagram for any changes.
