Answers to Your Questions About Indoor Playgrounds
Do I have to sign a waiver if I plan to attend your facility?
Yes. You will be asked to sign a waiver digitally for yourself and any minors that attend our facility with you, irrelevant of them participating in play, birthday or any other activity. The waiver is good for 12-months and does not have to be done again in that timeframe. No exceptions. You can sign our waiver ahead of arrival to save time during check-in. Link is available on our homepage.
Do I need to bring anything with me when I come to your facility?
Yes, we require everyone, including all adults to take off their shoes and wear socks to enter the play space. You would be asked to take your shoes off and put socks, unless you are staying in our coffee shop area. NO EXCEPTIONS. Don’t worry if you forget to bring socks, as we have specialized grip socks available for sale.
Do I have to be with my child at all times?
Unless your child is participating in one of our drop-off events (Day Camp, Parents Night Out, or After-School Activity Classes), parents/guardians are fully responsible for supervision of their children during playtime or birthday events.
Children under 3 years of age must be accompanied at all times by an adult next to them. Older children can be supervised while the adults hangout in our coffee shop or lobby area.
Are there any age restrictions?
Our space is designed for children up to 8 years old, however, all children and adults are welcome! Ages 6 months to 12 years pay to enter.
Are there activities for older children?
Majority of our activities are designed for children up to 8 years of age, but we also have classes and special events such as spa parties and activity classes for kids up to age of 10.
Can I bring in my own food or drink?
No, we do not allow any outside food or drink into the facility. We have a water fountain on the premises and a coffee bar that serves snacks and drinks. We also do not allow outside food for birthday events, but we do have a full catering menu for you to choose from for your event. The only exception to this rule is for an outside cake for birthdays (fee applies), and for major allergies (to be discussed with our team).
Are there any educational benefits to the classes or playtime rooms?
Our classes and playrooms offer activity-based learning. This includes soft-play activities to improve motor skills, Sensory and Augmented Reality play to boost imagination and cognitive thinking, in addition to Yoga, Arts & Crafts, Mommy & Me, and other activity classes. However, we do not consider ourselves an educational center.
Are strollers allowed?
You are able to store your stroller, folded in our locker area. We keep a clean and sterile play space for kids, so strollers are not allowed inside the play areas. We do make exceptions if wheels are sanitized with our specialized cleaning wipes (management discretion)
Is there a nurse or safety officer on premises?
We offer basic First Aid kits on the premises. We do not have a nurse on staff. For our drop-off services such as day camp, we have an on-site team member certified in CPR.
Does my child have to be potty-trained to attend the facility?
For playtime and birthday events we do not require children to be potty-trained. However, children under 3 years of age would have to be physically supervised by an adult next to them at all times.
For Day Camp or any other drop-off services, we do require children to be potty trained and only accept children over 3 years of age.
Are the bathrooms kid-friendly?
Yes! Our bathroom and sinks are kid-friendly, however, we do not provide toddler seats.
Are there going to be quiet spaces or headphones available for sensory sensitive children?
Like most play spaces, it can get loud. We do not currently offer quiet spaces or headphones, but feel free to bring your own.

Yes, you can bring your own themed supplies for birthday events, but please just let us know at the time of booking. You can drop off your supplies at our facility no later than the Friday prior to your event. Our team will setup plates, napkins, table cover and a single banner. You can come in 15-minutes prior to your event to setup any additional items you may have brought such as cups, cutlery etc. We do not offer any discounts if you are bringing your own supplies.
Do you have any décor restrictions for birthday events?
We provide minor décor with the theme selection that you choose for your party. We also have additional décor and design elements for additional fee. You are welcome to bring your own décor! The only restrictions that we have is that we do not allow anything to be attached to the walls or ceilings, and no structures such as balloon arch or balloon garland setup. You would be responsible to setup the décor that you bring, and you would be responsible for any damage that may be caused to our facility.
Can I add extra time to my birthday event?
We do allow you to purchase extra time for birthday events depending on our availability for the day of the event at the time of booking. This comes with additional cost and is based on availability.

Indoor Playground Tips
- Having an extra set of clothes handy will never go amiss. It’s likely at some point, you’ll need them. Kids are messy, kids have accidents, and kids somehow manage to mess up their clothes no matter what you do.
- Sharing is caring and playgrounds are a great way for kids to learn how to begin managing conflicts. With so much going on, not only are your kids exploring their creativity and burning energy, but they’re gaining hands-on experience with useful skills like sharing and empathy.
- There’s no way you can anticipate every situation and that’s okay! If you’re unsure of playground etiquette, you can always call beforehand with any questions. The main takeaway is just to be considerate. If you’re polite, non-judgmental, and take turns with equipment, you and your children are all set.
- Try to relax! We have a boutique coffee shop where you can spend some quiet time or chat with other parents. Our staff is on hand to help out in the playrooms. Some of the rooms require supervision, but this is a safe place for your child. So, kids can have fun and play, and you can take a break!
First Visit Tips
As the premier Atlanta-area indoor play facility, we offer an elevated experience that’s fun for first timers as well as returning members. It was designed with you in mind, so we’ve compiled a few indoor playground tips to help make coming in for the day a little easier:
Recommended Clothes and Shoes
We recommend comfortable clothing and socks for children, so your kids can play and be active. Our play areas are considered “shoe-free” zones for both adults and children. Socks are required in all play areas. Don’t worry if you forget your socks at home. We will have them available for purchase inside!
Recommended Visit Duration
There is so much to explore at Ready Set FUN! and we want to make sure you have enough time to dedicate to all of our different playrooms. We recommend that you allot at least two hours for your first visit, so you can enjoy every room and activity available!
Sensory Sensitivity
Like most play spaces, it can get loud. We do not currently offer quiet spaces or headphones, but feel free to bring your own. In addition to the expected noise of an indoor playground, some of our playrooms include light and music, which may not be suitable for children with light sensitivity or mobility issues.
Waivers and Playroom Rules
We want everyone to enjoy their time at Ready Set FUN! For that reason, we have established some playroom rules we ask everyone to review prior to coming in. Since there are active playrooms, we also ask that everyone who enters our play areas submit a waiver. You can find links to these forms on our homepage!
