Before You Book
A Few Things Worth Knowing.
Book Early
Entertainment add-ons are confirmed separately from your party package. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks before your event. Popular dates fill fast.
Vendor Timing
- Face painting, balloon artists and photographers are there from the beginning of the party
- Character visits start an hour into your party when you’re in the private party room for food & cake
- Cotton Candy Cart starts at the beginning of your party (60-min. service) or 30-minutes into your party (30-min. service)
Your Party Planner will confirm exact timing during your planning call.
Deposits
A deposit is required to confirm your entertainment add-on. If you cancel or change your booking within 14 days of your party date, the entertainment deposit is non-refundable.
