FUN! Crawlers gives babies 6 to 18 months their own soft-play space. Older kids get slides, a ball room, and sensory play. Every adult has a sightline to the action.

The Big Day
Your only job is to enjoy it.
Your room is decorated and ready 15 minutes before your first guest arrives. Your Party Attendant welcomes families, runs the timeline, serves the food, and coordinates cake time.
You hold your baby. You take the photos. You actually watch them smash the cake instead of worrying about what comes next. When it’s over, we load your gifts and clean everything up. You walk out the door with your baby, your memories, and nothing to clean.

Everything in the Classic Celebration but with two private rooms, two Party Attendants, and an extra 30 minutes of playtime.

The Private Celebration
Starting at $1,995 for up to 75 kids
The entire facility is yours for 2.5 hours. No other parties. No shared spaces. Everything in the Classic included. Outside vendors welcome.
Good To Know Before You Visit
A few things to keep in mind so your party day goes smoothly from the moment you walk in.
Socks RSF is a shoe-free facility. Socks are required for all adults and children. Grippy socks are encouraged but not required. Forgot yours? We sell them at the front desk.
Arrival Your party room is ready 15 minutes before your start time. Plan to arrive then so you have time to settle in before your guests. We cannot extend your party time if you arrive late.
Waivers All children require an active waiver to participate. We strongly recommend asking your guests to sign before party day for a smooth check-in. Waivers are valid for one calendar year and can be signed at readysetfun.com.
Outside Food Outside cakes and desserts are always welcome. All other food and drinks must be ordered from our catering menu. Individual exceptions are made for severe allergies. Contact us in advance.

Is your venue safe for babies?
Yes. FUN! Crawlers is a dedicated soft-play space for babies 6 to 18 months, separate from the main playground. The entire facility is shoe-free and padded.
My baby won't remember this. Is it worth it?
You will. Your family will. This is a moment to celebrate you as much as your child. You made it through their first year and you are thriving. The photos will be incredible, and you’ll actually be in them instead of behind the scenes. That’s the whole point.
Do you charge for adults?
No. We believe the whole family should be able to celebrate together.
Every RSF party includes 2 adults per child at no extra charge. We believe the whole family should be able to celebrate together.
Any additional adults beyond that ratio are $15 each, subject to manager approval.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just the cake (if you want one from your own baker) and the birthday outfit. We handle the rest.
Can I bring my own cake and decorations?
Yes to cake — outside cakes and desserts are always welcome. But please remember we are a nut-free facility.
Themed decor is included in every package. If you prefer a custom theme, drop off your plates, napkins, tablecloths, and banner the week before and we’ll set everything up for you.
Outside inflated balloons aren’t permitted, but bring them flat and we’ll inflate them for a small helium fee.
How far in advance should I book a first birthday?
We recommend 4 to 6 weeks out, especially for weekend dates. Popular weekends book early.
What if my headcount changes before the party?
We understand guest counts change. Changes to food, drinks, decor, and guest count can be made up to 3 days before your event.
We are flexible with headcount reductions down to your room’s minimum package size. Additional kids beyond your original package are $25 each. All increases are subject to room capacity. Please check our Party Policies for room, time and party sizes.
How does the planning process work?
After booking, you’ll schedule a planning call at a time that works for you. Your Party Planner walks you through food, decor, theme, and any add-ons. No surprise calls. We work around your schedule.
The week before your party, you’ll chat one more time with the Planner to confirm your final headcount and catering plans.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 30 days out receive a deposit refund minus a 10% processing fee. Within 30 days, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
